Noticed some squeaky scrubbing noises from my rear wheels this morning, that I guess I've been ignoring. I had it algined (still rocking -3 camber) at some point eliminating all toe, but I lowered it about an inch more in the rear since then. Is it possible for the toe to be out again? Or is that squeak just coming from the excessive camber? I dont mind wearing the tires out via camber, but I know tire wear from a combination of toe and camber combined can be crucial. What do you guys think?

Tire wear / alignment question.

If your rear suspension is an IRS with some type of trailing arm, chances are the toe has been changed one way or another.
I'd get it aligned again.
Also, how are the tires wearing? If they tread is cupped, I'd say you have a toe issue.
