ranger interior light help

has any other ranger guys had problems with the interior lights in their rangers not turning off and the door sensor not working correctly saying that the door is open constantly? if you are having the same problem or have the answer please do say so, i want to know whether it's just my truck or if it's a common problem for rangers. thanks!

try putting wd40 into you door lock.. lot of them are having these problems

Idk dude , but I tried that wd-40 thing and its worked so far so whatever it was messing up its quit.
