I'm in the process of building an E36 Sedan with a custom turbo set up with the goal of 500-600RWHP which shouldn't be a problem. But, I'd like to put the power to the ground in a little bit different route then most of the die hard, go fast, light weight wheel track guys. My recent purchase:
BBS CH's w/ custom "Shadow Chrome" finish
18x8.5 ET35 w/ 225/40/18
18x10 ET40 w/ 255/35/18
My goal is to put as much rubber as possible down in the rear for traction, without pulling the fender an insane amount. Currently the rear tire is just touching the inside of the frame with the ET40. What do you guys recommend for a spacer to allow more room for more meat without having to destroy the fender? I'd eventually like to run a 265... Keep in mind the engine and tranny are currently out of the car, effecting the fender height greatly..
