coilovers threads stuck help

hi all, i went to lower the front of my bmw, its been a while to my horror i found they were jammed tight,i tried blasting them with release agent,and tapping the notches with a flat screwdriver im worried if i force them to much il ruin the threads any help friends

ATF and acetone. 50/50 mix. dont get it on stuff you care about like paint.

Dont tap them, WHACK THEM with a big screw driver or lever of some sort. You wont damage the threads, happened to me a few time and this has always rectified it.
