  • Striping powder coat?

New to this forum not sure if im in the rite section but i just bought a set of e38 style 5s and i tried to to strip off from what i think is powder coating but no matter what i use it does not break it down. so far i have used jasco paint remover and "easy strip" the easy strip seemed to do a faster job but yet it is still really slow! any ideas and or info would be very helpful thank you.

Quick strip 2000 works too but is pretty pricey. You're better off getting a used blasting cabinet off craigslist in that case.

Eastwood also sells a powder coat stripper in an aerosol can.

            B17 is THE answer though.

I've used Jasco. Apply it very generously. I've heard Aircraft stripper works well too, you can get it at advanced auto.
