  • o2 sensors/ spark plug non fouler question

my e36 wont pass obd2 scanner due to the b&b exhaust.

is it possible to back out the o2 sensors with spark plug non foulers or draft42 sells one, do things things work or is it trial and error type of deal?

i need to get this thing inspected.

    any input would be helpful

Save yourself the cash and go to the parts store, you can get the Help! ones for less money.

Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I have yet to try this trick, but I've never really needed to.

yes the help! ones are cheaper but u have to drill them out to make them work. the draft42 ones are literaly ready to go, screw in and plug and play

It literally takes 5 minutes to drill out the cheaper ones, and they actually work better because they're close enough to the exhaust to still read something. You could buy the cheaper ones, but a carbide-tipped drill bit, and still come out on top.

$38/each +shipping for a spacer? Are you kidding me?
