Fuel Smell (Stinking)

Hello,

Been having trouble ever since I got my 6N2 GTI with a fuel smell in the cabin. It can get some strong that I have to put down the windows, freezing in Scotland.

I had a look around the engine and breather pipe (I think its called) is reeking of fuel . Any ideas with what to do about this? A whole new pipe or the filter at the top?

I didn't get you exactly but I have a 2006 K12R & experienced the fuel leak last week. Bought the fuel line quick release coupling from A&S ... they sold me the straight pipe coupling. When I removed the gas tank, I found that I have the elbow (male) half of the coupling.
