Flossy knobs

Hey guys. Anyone had any experience with flossy shift knobs? ordered one back in September. Going on week 6 now and nothing in the mail yet. Multiple emails and voice mails, cant seem to get anyone that works there to contact me back. Starting to get a little ridiculous.....

I had one, decided I didn't like it, and went to take it off, and when i did the threaded insert unthreaded from the the knob and was left stuck to my shifter. All flossy told me was glue it back together. Poor customer service and less than quality product. No bueno
