need help getting parts to aus.

straya always seems to be left out. ive been emailing ireland engineering and daimond racing every few days for a weeks now but no response. many parts are performance parts, and places like TEP wont reply either. i mentioned im from aus in the email. am i doing something wrong???? any suggestions for contacting would be great. i would phone but im super busy with University at the moment and the time difference is superb.
