Tie/Track rod end problem

Hi guys go a bit of a problem tried to remove the tie/track rod end today and for some reason the hole thread span as well when i was loosening the bold (couldn't get the bolt of ) can any one help and sorry for the rubbish description

Most rotational joints on vehicles have a tapered shaft, which allows you to tight a moving joint with relatively little pressure. Problem is when you begin to loosen the captivating nut, the shaft may break loose and spin. Get a friend and a pry bar, have him apply pressure towards the joint and try removing the nut then. (effectively using the taper to apply resistance enough to remove a nut)
