depends on personal preference, but more importantly what purpose you have for your car.
I have been through 4 sets of coilovers on my z, and am somewhat happy at this point with my one off race components, but if i could find an air setup that could handle like it was on rails, i would certainly consider. It would be nice to lift the car to get over things like speed bumps and my driveway. but cant have it all. lol

I've had both, and I'll say air is a lot more convenient day to day.
The only thing I will say is that air is prone to more problems than coilovers, as there's more moving/breakable parts.
But I love my air setup.
