to much poke?

i'm looking to run wheels on my jetta. the jetta bolt pattern is 5x100 and 18x7.5 with a center bore of 57.1mm and an offset of +35mm front and rear. the specs on the other wheels are 18x8 in the front and 18x9.5 in the rear. bolt pattern of 5x120. center bore of 74.1mm. offset in the front is 20mm and the rear are 22mm. my under standing is the lowest adapter they can make to transition from 5x100 to 5x120 is 15mm. you guys think it will work?

now it depends on how low you are and camber, but there you have it, just look at the poke difference on each and decide if you want your wheels sticking out that much.
