WTB: 17" 5x114.3 Wheels w/ Tires That Will Fit A 2008 Mazda 3 Hatch

I'm in need of aftermarket wheels with decent tread life tires (enough so I don't slip in the rain). Willing to pay any amount for these.

MUST BE:
5x114.3
17"
Around 17x6.5
I believe Mazda's have higher offset so to be safe around 40-45

There's probably not a single set of 17's that narrow in the classifieds.
I may be wrong though.
