17 inch lips/barrels 40 hole

So I am building a new set of wheels and I am getting new lips and barrels because the current set will not work.
So I have:
(2) 2inch x 17 diameter lips
(2) 3inch x 17 diameter lips
(4) 6.5inch x 17 diameter barrels

The lips are in decent shape no cracks, the barrels are in great shape.
They are a 40 hole design

Each item is 50 bucks, so for all of the lips it would be 200. I am willing to negotiate.

The ID of the lips and barrels is ~13.5inches, the lips and barrels will fit Hartmann and Kinesis wheels or any wheel that has a 40 hole bolt fitment.
