Kinesis/HRE 40 hole 18" stepped lips & inners

18" 40 hole Kinesis stepped lips & barrels, will fit HRE, maybe others.

One set is a bit more dull than the other, probably just needs a good buffing. Lips are in good condition, minor scratches but no real rash. Bought them probably 5 years ago and never mounted them.

Maybe it's me, but the inner barrels look like lips.
The "step" on a barrel is different, and they do not come polished (most of the time).

Also, HRE's use 8mm bolts and Kinesis use 6 and 7mm, so the holes are not the same size.

Thanks for the info. From the research I did I thought they were cross compatible with HRE but I could very well be wrong.

I bought them used 10 years ago off vortex as a sealed pair so I've had no reason to believe they aren't inners & outers. I don't see how they would all be lips since there are no valve stem holes on the inners. Maybe the PO had them polished.

interesting. I still think you can use that barrel as an outer. Valve stem hole can be drilled.
You can use the Kinesis halves with HREs as long as you open up the bolt holes.
