I have a pair of good condition ccw lips for 18" wheels. They are 4.5" (measure 5" including flange)

They are in good condition, no curbs. One has two notable marks on it. I used a rub on polish and they cleaned up pretty well. The polish is decent, not as good as brand new, but still good.
