WTC: Rezax Waffle piece / Center Cap

I had a square set but then lost a waffle piece along with the rezax center cap and looking for one each asap. A waffle piece that fits 17in Rezax's to be specific.

I know these are very rare but if can point me to the right direction or someone that has one. Let me know!
