  • Original rs289 inner barrels (need work)

So, I have a personal set of bbs rs289 that I wasn't parting with for any reason, but have since decided to part out the barrels in favor of brand new ones from my German machinist .

I figure I would offer the set of four original bbs barrels for someone who wanted an oem set and didn't mind the work that would need to go into them.

Currently all four have cracks. Three are fixable and will require less than the fourth. The fourth needs to be straightened and aligned prior to the welding work. Again all have multiple cracks, mostly hairline but still.
I could do all of this but decided against it as I don't typically run on barrels that have had prior damage to them and don't have the time currently between builds to be welding hairline cracks.

18x7.0 barrels x4. All are original and stamped on the top flange showing what they are. These are truly rare parts and for the right individual, a good way to get an 18" set going on the cheap and with an oem quality piece.

And yes, any true 17" rs or rf set can be upsized to 18" with these barrels.

Only selling as a complete set of four. again, one needs slightly more work than the others but the price reflects this being about 1/3- the price of a set of four new replacement barrels.

260 picked up or 285 shipped to the lower48 for all four as is. If someone wants me to strip them and blast them, I would consider doing so for extra.

Correct. These are 7". I even wrote that on them but considering the piles of barrels I have stacked at the moment I could have sworn that they were 6.5. Thanks for the clarification

18x7" barrels, four of them. Still available.

ill get some pictures later today. they do need work, but for the right person who wants oem barrels these are them.. And the price is ridiculously cheap to reflect that they need work. even for two barrels if someone didn't want all four, this is a steal at 285 shipped

sorry for the delay with the pics.

they all need a bath desperately, but you can see three just need some welding, and the fourth needs a bunch more work

                  the bad one:

the price reflects the as is condition. all of these can be fixed, someone would just need the time to be able to do so..

and yes, all are 18x7 and can use 17" 34 bolt faces or 18" faces

if someone wanted just a pair or the set of three this could be arranged as well for the same price. ill scrap the rest of the parts or maybe make a table out of them if someone wants something like that
