WTB 15" 3-4" 32 Hole Lips

As the title states, I'm looking for 4 lips to widen up a wheel set, ideally looking for 4" lips but 3-3.5" will work if thats all I can find.

If someone has a source to buy new I'd be open to that also, can't seem to find anybody that sells 15" 32 hole stuff.
