        I have 18x7 barrels from a set of step-lip HRE wheels. Not sure if they're the same face size... mine are approximately 377mm inner diameter and 395mm bolt circle.

          I think the small bore fikse/hre stuff will interchange with ccw with some drilling... ccw is 30 bolt 5/16-compared to 20 hole 1/4" for fikse and 40 hole 5/16 for hre(probably not enough space between holes to do this to hre shells). I think you've got the larger bore centers though...
