WTB: Work Equip Mesh Center cap(s) 18"

So I went through a lot of trouble fixing these wheels up they way I want them and I guess one of my center caps loosened and it was gone. I have no idea when it happened so it's just gone forever. These wheels are vintage and I can't find parts anywhere. I will buy a whole set if I need to, but I can't drive around with 3 center caps ):

I attached 3 Images, the first 2 show exactly what I need, someone help me find these! I e-mailed memoryfab with no luck, I also e-mail imadeskidmarks with no response. I may consider different 40 hole faces, I love my DDC lips too much to switch wheels entirely. Thanks guys.
