for those that don't know these are:
3 piece bolted - 17' and smaller are welded
work made - same lips as equip/rezax/etc. in case you want to widen them
1999 build date - mounted when new, few thousand miles tops since then
relatively aggressive - i've never seen an unmodified set that was more aggressive final fitment wise
