what do you mean custom lips? the're 2-piece

these look like 18s to me (check what it says on the tire 215/35/??) unless your linking some generic pic off google images, 19's have the same sized centers as 18s, but taller outer lips, plus the width and offsets are all wrong, see here for what 19s look like:

if they are 18s, IMO your asking $2k too much for the condition pictured
