i measured the holes when i got them and they were 5". i will double check as i could be totally wrong. but the seller i got them from said they were 5x5 as well.
shipping: depending on where you are, its approx 25-30 a wheel.
and just an FYI, i do have the centercaps for all 4.
i will post a pic tonight with a ruler to show the measurement.

Also after looking at that pic again, seems like you'd get more accurate results by measuring the mounting surface face on the backside as the lugholes on the front are bigger than the actual stud holes on the back.
