So true, I don't like shipping out of country to for various reasons along with cost. If you have someone you know I can ship to NY or somewhere else close and you can drive over to get them.

There are a ton of redrill places by me (rotiform, VR wheels, etc.) and since these have flat hub mating surfaces I am sure they can easily be dual redrilled or have the original holes filled/drilled, metal inserts, etc. If you pay me 1,000 FIRM I can drop them off there and have them pay for shipping/take responsibility of the wheels. It's on you, I am in no rush, but I don't mind taking a 45min - 1.5 hour drive it will help someone out.
