  • WTB: BBS RS 16" Centre caps

    Hi,
I have some BBS RS 16" 3 piece wheels. Unfortunately now I have the hard task of trying to source some centre caps (they were minus centre caps when I bought them). can anyone help me or have any idea on where to get some?
    Thanks,
    David.

you will need waffles as well as hex caps and logos.

if you are interested in a set of conical caps for your set instead of hex caps, let me know. heres a picture of the caps with a waffle for reference.

Thanks for the quick reply! I'm in Australia but am struggling to find what i need locally, so I have to expand my search globally.
I will see how I go, might be lucky and find a someone who has everything I need. Otherwise I'll be in touch!

funny, i just shipped two sets to australia this week. i have 4 waffles and obviously the conical caps, so all you would need to source are bbs logos and that is super easy.

You can find used waffles on various forums.
The hex you can get new or used and BBS or aftermarket. They are all over ebay as well.
You will need the "big thread" or "big bore" size, which is the same for 16"-18".

So my cousin from Italy called to wish my family and I a Merry Christmas. I told him I was looking for a set of centre's, it turns out he has 11 complete ones that he accumulated some how when he owned a VW Golf many years ago (he's well into his 30's now). He said, he will send them if I pay postage, so they are on their way and he said if he finds it, he should have the tightening tool. Can anyone tell me if these are these correct centres for my wheels?

Yeah those are RS centers. They will only work though if his wheels were 16" or bigger.
The 15's had a smaller thread bore and neither part will fit.

Also you don't really need the plastic wrench to tighten them. Your hands are fine to tighten or loosen them.

I'll have to wait and see. Trial and error and if they don't fit then I'm back to square one!
I'll keep you guys posted. Cheers for the response.
