  • 15X6" mystery brand wheels (4X100)

these 15X6" wheels are quite stylin'. I'm just ready for a change, and I'm getting by fine with my scion steelies for now.

Anyways, the offset is et 36ish. they seem to fit about the same as my scion wheels, but maybe a touch more aggressively. hard to say. the scion wheels I run are also 15X6", and from what I'm finding, those are et38.... so, they are somewhere in that range.

The bad: they are a little out of true, and one has a ding on the inner and outer rim region. One also had curb rash, but I got the gouges out nicely enough that I probably couldn't point out where it was. These have been sand blasted, and primed with many coats of nice primer. (forgot what kind, but it was the gnarly stuff that you need xylene to clean your paint gun with), and they have many coats of Krylon satin white and satin clear coat. the paint isn't perfect, but I have over $200 in these including the acquisition cost.

Anyways, I figure I'll start the bidding at $250 OBO. Here's what they can look like. They are a little dirty right now, but I'd clean them before selling them, as I have to dismount tires off of two of them anyways. there are also a few minor chips in the paint as I pretty much drive my car whenever my lack of defroster allows me to. The good news is that you're going to have a hard time finding someone else with the same wheels, you'll be pretty hip!

The center caps are custom made (cheaply). Not sure how many I have that are in good shape, but I'll make some unpainted ones up and throw them in at no extra charge if requested. They don't usually handle being taken out of the wheel, usually just kind of a 1 time use thing, ya dig?

feel free to PM me or reply on here. I'll answer any questions I can. Thanks for your time folks!

Are they the ARE version of the enkei 82? I have some of those I roll the Rabbit project around on. Cool wheels.

for some reason my user cp wasn't showing me the updates on this, sorry guys.

anyways, w201e34, since you called dibsorz, you're first in line to get them. Feel free to PM me about that.

                thanks.

And thanks for filling in for me since I didn't see the updates Ossie!

as for the ARE ek82 question, they look more like the ek83. I did also originally forget to mention that they say "R.E.I." on the back of them.

here's some reference about enkei wheels. I had a set of 15X6.5" ek 81's I wish I would have kept that I sold for too little a year ago... never even ran them...

can't find anything on what the wheels in question really are unfortunately, besides saying "R.E.I" on the back

Yup, my bad. Hadn't looked at the catalogue in a bit. Mine do not say rei on the back side though.

No worries, you were pretty close. Looking at that made me think I could go for a set of Ek84's.

I think the 84 was sold as enkei aeronautics. Never seen them called ek84 anywhere but in the brochure. Your wheels look pretty good on Rabbits also.
