You should be able to do 18 inch Rs for 2500ish. Buy faces and have rotiform do custom lips/barrels for the exact et you want. Just look for some cheap 5x120 faces and call rotiform.

Lips, barrels, faces, refinishing, bolts and caps for $2500- not to mention having to wait 2 months... beyond the capability of most people. Not to mention that 16" centers severely limit your options of brake clearance.

17" 5x120 centers... absolutely forget about it.

16 inch faces will clear the brakes on a 635. I agree 212 or 302 faces would be more than 2500.00. However, you could buy a cheap set of 5x114 from vrmotoring or memoryfab and have them redrilled and still be at 2500ish after you parted the donor wheels.
