Specs are 17x8 +10 / 17x9 +15 with no adapters or spacers? I'd love to run these, but I'd have to run adapters to 5x100 and it would be a bit too aggressive. Fronts would poke like crazy.

Would I able to have them re-drilled, again?

yeah its no problem to get the redrilled. just make sure you get them done by a reputable place that does good work. you dont want a wobbly wheel.
