Nothing I would think...

Most people run 4x98 wheels on 4x100 without doing anything. I would suggest running pcd variation (wobble) nuts or bolts just to make up for the tiny 2mm difference. I ran so many sets of 5x114.3 on wobble bolts with my 5x112 VW and they worked great all the time. But check out vortex or similiar to see what I mean about earlier golf owners running maserati bi-turbos.
