I have a set of four speedline wheels. Wheels are 18x8.5 and 18x10. I do not know offsets. Wheels look like someone tried to refurbish them and did a horrible job. 2 lips look like they have cancer. looks like a failed attempt at stripping paint... then decided to rattle can over it... glws

The original clear over the polished lip likes to do that on these Speedlines. These just need a good refurb.
