2" original slant lips machine finished (non restored)
I recently purchased these, from a local vendor. Spent 5 hours cleaning them up with polish and wheel wax. Mounted brand new 215 40 17 Falken RT615k ($750 mounted) to them, and realized how stretched the tires are. I'm not interested in lowering the car to fix the appearance, or dealing with rubbing with a wider tire so I'm selling them.
The wheels are all straight and true, and very very clean. If you were putting them on a show car, you'd probably want to get them refinished, as the clear coat on the lips is flaking a little, not bad for vintage wheels.
They are the original machine finished lips, not a mirror polish as is often done when refinishing. I prefer the machine look personally.
They have brand new BBS center caps (full height), and brand new BBS Valve stems (specific to these wheels) with BBS valve caps.
Thank you for your serious offers, I'll take better photos of the wheels once this overcast weather leaves us. I know I joined just to sell these but would PREFER a local sale, and can provide over 10 years of ebay feedback to serious buyers.
