Professionally refinished and powder coated. These wheels are true and do not vibrate. Wheel centers have been powder coated gold, inner wheels have been coated semi-gloss black and the outer lips have been mirror polished. Three wheels are 10/10, one of the front wheels I would rate 9/10, as there is a little dent on the outer lip that was fixed but it is not perfect in shape. There is some bend to it right on very edge of the lip BUT It does not affect the rotation or balance of the wheel. Completely ignorable! but if you are a show enthusiast you may want to buy a new outer lip. (Look at the pictures) I notice it! so I am pricing the package to sell as a buy 3 get 1 free. The point is to sell these because my original project has been scrapped and I now have a new House, new baby, new life; so they must go! Thank you for looking
