Do they come with tires or no? And what are the offsets?

-56mm offset all around. There's some nice yoko race slicks on them, and would be a good way to recoupe a little cash. I'm not charging for them, so they're yours to sell or give away. They're huge tires though and will never fit on a stanceworks car...
