im VERY interested but kinda lost... So your including the lips? or are the new lips already ON the rims?

I can do it one of 3 ways

I can sell you the wheels right now as is and give you the lips,

I can take apart all four rims and install and reseal for you,

Or I can completely refinish the faces, and install the lips for you.

All three have different prices of course.. but the cheapest route is to obviously pay for the wheels and the lips all separate.
