16x7 ET42 Prime 205 w/ 205/40 Falken 512's & 35mm ADAPTEC 4x100 to 5x114.3 adapters

The title explains it all. The wheels are 5x114.3 but I ran them on my Jetta with the ADAPTEC adapters. 3 tires have about 70% tread life left, 1 has 90%.
