I have a very nice set of Hamann HM2 ET 38 wheels for a BMW E36. These come with certificates of authentication from Italy. These are real classics and will look great on your BMW. I've meticulously cleaned and waxed these wheels and kept them perfect for years. There are a few VERY minor blemishes. I'll be happy to get some better photos as needed.
You won't find a better set of these period correct wheels for an E36.
