Racing Hart C2 - 19x8 et38 - 3-Piece

All original Racing Hart C2's. True 3 piece wheel. Made in Japan. 19x8 et38, factory 5x120, 2" lips. Centers and lips are in good shape. Clear coat on both is peeling in spots. All caps are accounted for, thread onto hub with out any issues. They are in good enough shape to be restored. Wheels were previously coated with black Plastidip. Most of it has been removed, but not quite all. No big deal to finish if you have a pressure washer, or going to have them sand blasted. These wheels would be perfect for a rebuild. 19x9 et26 (3" lips), 19x9.5 et19 (3.5" lips), 19x10 et13 (4" lips). $1300 plus shipping.

Is it really true 3 piece or 3 piece welded (2 piece)? What lips do they used standard us 40 hole or ?

Racing Harts are not the US/standard 40 hole.

It is a true 3-piece wheel. These are 45 hole. They may share the same pattern as some Work 19" wheels (VS-XX, Revax). I can't not confirm this though.
