It is unfortunately that time to part ways with my most favorite and rarest set of wheels. I purchased these wheels and re-built them to the sizes you see today. All lips and barrels were purchased new, and the faces were powdercoated back to a HRE silver finish.
The rear wheels were completely re-done over the summer by HRE. There was a slight crack that was repaired prior to sending them out and then they rebuilt the wheels with all new hardware (HRE opted not to replace the barrels).
The front wheels are in great shape, I was planning on sending these to HRE to have the hardware replaced to match the updated bolts to match the rears but never got around to it. The wheel bolts up front are spray painted silver and look good unless you really look up close. One wheel up front had a crack repaired almost two years ago and has been problem-free since.
Hub rings are required for the front wheels since the centers came off an E39, which I will be including.
These wheels WILL require shaved fenders and negative camber for the E46 body (as well as other models). I will only help those who are seriously interested in getting these to work, otherwise please respect my time and do your own research.
Front:
18x10 3.5" lips ~et25
Federal SS595 225/40/18 (need to be replaced, both sides have camber wear)
Rear:
18x11.5 4" lips ~et15
No tires
Two sets of center caps (black/white and red/blue) will be included as well!
All in all I'm looking to get 2700 for the wheels. I will add individual photos of the wheels after I get them all cleaned up!
