once sitting on the car the difference is noticeable in the lips !!! theres too much of a gap between the lips and the center makes it look like a bowl

I guess it depends on the person. 95% of people can't tell the difference when i point it out. But to each their own i guess. I like personally.

They are not welded. True 3 piece. And lips are 2.5" all around.
