UK based BBS RS 212. The ultimate period wheel for E9, E12, E21, E24, E28, E30 BMW. Supplied 4 years ago by Markus Glaum from Germany.
Stunning condition. I've had these for 4 years and worked extremely hard to maintain consistent presentation using
mothers aluminium polish, countless micro cloth and many, many hours of graft!
These are ultimately show wheels, although if I was to be critical these are are a 8.5/9 out of 10 in current condition. There are some very
light marks on the outer edge of 2 rims. Barely noticeable but this is your 1 / 1.5 points off a full show rim right here.
All screws genuine BBS; Maybe 4/5 of these screws have light oxidisation. It is cleaning between these screws that defines your attitude and tests your patience. I would estimate an hour per wheel for a full cleanse / treatment. If you get the earbuds out then you're another level. I did it once, never again!
Special order half height hex nuts with genuine snap fit chrome BBS badges. Waffle plates all match up with original paint on face.
3 flat / dome nuts with another 3 original spec black BBS badges included. (Lost one on the road!)
These BBS triggered the raft of imitations you see cluttering the auction lists today. These are the real deal, impossible to articulate how
impressive they look on any one of the original M Power icons.
