17x9.5 et50 work equip

So I picked these up recently in the hopes of rebuilding them to run on my gto...then some real life happened and I am forced to part with them
they are 16" faces step lipped to 17, came off of a vette, have some older style center caps that I've never seen
One needs a lip, they could all use some love.
I'll do $850+shipping or local pickup in socal.

Do you have all the lips and accessories to put them together?
Also are they 5x120 or 5x120.65?
What about the centerbore?
