same here. I am itching to see these on some projects... and I am trying very hard not to keep the second set for myself.. still a possibility.

last of the little details sorted out for both sets. I will explain a bit more once i get them

one set is sold! and the second set will likely be staying with me... unless someone purchases asap.

i used my contacts (huge help) and was able to source brand new center caps for both sets which are off of the same models to produce the caps back in the '80s... Last little detail complete! I love compomotive

both sets are just about done.. only one set has been claimed

3800 firm for the second set. its unbelievable in person.

both sets have been decided to be 18" btw. they are both 5x120 72.5mm cb

the first set is all ready for assembly. just finished up with the lips and barrels to fit these faces so i thought I would post a picture

thanks bud. these are one of my favorite sets in my personal collection, and i have sets worth 3x this much.. the design is timeless and screaming for an m4 or z4m to put them on

yeah, i have both sets sitting inside of 18" parts at the moment, but I could swap out parts for 17" if need be. no issue

I was waiting to seal the two sets up until it was confirmed that they had a buyer.

update photoshoot will be happening very soon, as I made the decisions to finish all three of the vintage compomotive sets in the same manner to keep them all time appropriate. these two CX600 sets and a third set we imported here... all will be ready for some bmws looking for something absolutely unique

lots of buyers on this set, still no cash. shocking that bbs rs sell in seconds, while these things being more rare and far better looking (in my opinion) take time to sell...
