I believe you could. However, you would need to have the outer lip removed by a machine shop. My machinist would charge about 150 for that. Possibly less.

Exactly this. As you can see in the pictures the faces have a thin lip on the outer edge that needs to be shaved down in order to mount them behind. My machinist was gonna charge me 100
