FS...Work voggard 3 spoke

True 3 piece. 18x8 et28/ 9 et36. i cleaned up all the small nicks in the lips. There are 2 small spots left. I'm sure someone would be ok sanding them out but i didn't want to in case someone wanted to weld it up first. they are pretty tiny though, i'm just being anal lol. $1400, no trades.
