The wheels need a good clean up. There's some rash on the lips as you can tell from the pictures and the faces could use a fresh polish.
The center caps are pretty beat up, one of them has a crack in it. Also missing a few screws that hold the center caps in place that you'd need to pick up at a hardware store.
