Please enlighten me as I don't know what 2D chrome is

Work Wheels has 2D Chrome and 3D Chrome.

2D Chrome means that the surface of the wheel face is shiny reflective smooth chrome, while as the windows are chromeplated also, but it would have a texture on it instead (rather than a completely smooth texture like the outer surface)
