17x9 +35 Tiffany blue volk ce28 with tires

I am listing these for a friend. They are real volk ce28s powder coated Tiffany blue. All four are 17x9 +35 with tires(tires will need replacing soon though but still have some life left). He does not want to ship so with that being said they are located in Ft. stewart Georgia but he travels to Florida(from jacksonville to ft. meyers) all the time and can meet up with you. Asking $2800 obo. No lowballers or wishful thinkers. I can personally vouch for these rims and they are in near perfect condition(no bends, cracks, or curbing).
