When you have had nothing but bad experiences (trust me I've gone back on my decision over 3 times to accommodate people) you tend to lean a certain way. I am more then happy to ship anywhere in the US or even to a business that specializes in taking goods across the border.

Have him figure out the logistics, but sorry I will not ship outside of the continental 48.
