polished lips and ivory centers
two new (300ish miles) federal 595 195/40r16
two wheels have no tires
two wheels have bends in the very outer lips which can be fixed for $100 by the wheel repair guys at my work
price is pretty firm

I would prefer not to ship these but if i find the right buyer i may consider it.
